Our 7-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 7 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

1 Received a Damaged or Wrong Item?
Please check your order as soon as it arrives! If something isn’t right — damaged, defective, or not what you ordered — contact us immediately. We’ll sort it out for you as quickly as possible.
2 Items That Can’t Be Returned
Some items, like custom or personalized products, can’t be returned. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to get in touch — we're here to help!
3 Need a Different Item?
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you’d like.
4 How Refunds Work
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If it is, we’ll automatically process the refund back to your original payment method. Please note, it might take a few days for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund.
